vegetable stir fry


Mushrooms-1cup
onion -1cup
green bell pepper-1/2cup
yellow bell pepper-1/2 cup
sesameseed-1tbsp
red chilly(coarse ground)-1tbsp
lemon juice-1tbsp

Method:
add oil and saute onion.When translusent add mushroom and capsicum.To this add
turmeric powder and saute for few minutes.Then add sesame seed,red chilly and salt.Let it fry in low heat(stirring occassionally) for 5-10mts.Let all ingredients blend and be crisp.Remove from heat and garnish with lemon juice and cilantro.
This goes well with chappathis and side dish for rice....
