DIAMOND CUTS:
maida:4 cups
till:2tspn
salt:to taste
ghee:3tbspn
Add water to maida and make a dough by adding all ingredients.Once done,roll into chapathi shapes(not too thin).Make criss cross lines using a knife into diamond shapes.Deep fry it.
