Red cabbage and capsicum stir fry



Red cabbage is one nutritious beautiful vegetable.Stir fry cabbage and capsicum along with onion to be used with rotis or rice.A very simple dish relished by all in my family.
Ingredients
Red cabbage:2cups cut into strips
capsicum:1 cup cut into strips
onions:two medium sized cut in to thin strips
sesame seed:1tspn
turmeric powder:1pinch
Tomato soup powder:1 tspn
greenchilly:1 in number slit in the middle.
Recipe:
Heat oil in a kadai and add onions and greenchilly.Saute for 2 mts and add cabbage.Nicely stir it until it wilts a bit.Once done add capsicum and again stir well.Add sesame seed,turmeric powder and tomato soup powder and keep the lid closed in medium-low heat.It will take about 8mts to completely cook well.once done garnish well with coriande leaf.
