PESARATTU AND GROUNDNUT CHUTNEY

Pesarattu is usually made in south india with green moong dal and rice.Very nutritious for a whole family.Dip it in groundnut chutney and relish its simplicity.



Ingredients:
rice:2cups
green moong dal:1/2 cup
onion:2tbsp
jeera:1/2tspn
coriander leaf:3tbspn
Grind all these together and make dosas.

Groundnut chutney:
peeled and roasted groundnut:1cup
red chilly :2 nos.(nicely roasted in oil till raw smell goes)
ginger:1/2tspn
pearl onion:3 small bulbs
salt to taste
tamarind:small piece
grind all these together to fine paste.
