Chole and puri

Once in a while i make chole puri.Considering oil consumption in puris once in 2 weeks is mandatory.
Puris should be made immediately after preparing the dough.We prefer small puris like these.I have seen D'aunty(shes a gujarati)prepare these in batches for a whole day.A very good cook and a wonderful host ,this post is for her.
