Rasmalai using ricotta cheese...


On a hot sunny day,wht else is soothing than a Rasmalai.In a simple way,as simplest as it can get,ricotta rasmalai is the say.....


Ingredients:
15oz can ricotta cheese
sugar to taste preferably half cup
2 litre milk
cardomon powder
rose water:1/2 tspn
pistachios for toppings

Method:
Preheat oven to 350 degree.Take a bowl and mix sugar and ricotta cheese well. Then bake it for 40mts.When it cools ,cut to squares.
Meanwhile boil milk and add sugar to taste and cardamon powder.Let it reduce to desired amount.Add the rose water.Put ricotta cheese and simmer it for 5 mts.Refigerate the remaining baked cheese for further use.
